Indications d'application: This antibody binds to CD19 and is able to inhibit B-cell activation (Pezutto 1987). This antibody was measured to have a K_D of 4.1 ± 0.3 nM against human CD19 and did not compete with clone FMC63 (available as Ab00613) (Sakemura et al., 2023, PMID: 37879074).

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original murine IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
